Inside the front cover, click on any month, August 2012 through July 2013, to be taken directly to that month’s spread. Click the Fit For Life logo in the top left corner of any month to return to the full year calendar page.
When you view any month’s spread, click on any date box (excluding those with PEANUTS characters through them) to begin entering you own activities. You can even add personal notes to each month by clicking in the NOTES area on the pages. Towards the end of the planner there are full NOTES pages you can personalize as well.
When you are done, be sure to resave the PDF file to your computer.
You can then view and edit your Fit For Life Planner any time you want!
